Jamie and Heather have been life-long friends. Growing up on the same street since they were three years old. Doing everything together as children from dance classes, girl scouts and family vacations. Heather had her own room at Jamie's house for sleepovers and Jamie was an honorary sister to Heather's two already existing sisters. They ran in the same group of amazing friends since middle school, were in each other's wedding and Heather is godmother to Jamie's beautiful daughter, Cetta. They worked at the same establishments during high school and college and were roommates during college. When their lives were turned upside down in 2019, Jamie and Heather decided to celebrate life instead of focusing on the negative.

It all started with a dream Jamie had involving champagne, cake and a beach. Shortly after Heather's first cancer diagnosis, Jamie had a dream that they were sitting on a beach, wrapped in blankets, laughing, drinking champagne and eating cake. After Greg passed away and Heather's condition worsened, Jamie decided that we needed to make this dream a reality. #KFG was born and the first girls’ weekend was planned. Jamie and Heather executed the entire weekend for 24 amazing women who supported them the entire time.

It is our hope to bring this service to anyone who is struggling, had a rough year, a survivor, a widow, or just too busy to plan an amazing experience. We believe laughter is the best medicine and sometimes just necessary to help you keep going. #KFG
